After kernelupdate to 26-2.6.20.1-1 i get following: Kernel Panic

Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)

I have a Amilio 3834G with i guess intel chipset and scsi harddrives. I've tried to add the lines in grub: modules=piix blaha blaha. I can boot init...bla fallback and it's working. Have googled all day but i cant get it to work

Anyone, plz help.
