I suspect that (1) is unrelated to gnome and the system doesn't actually enter the sleep mode.
Boot, close the lid, get a cup of coffee, open the lid and post the system journal.
sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.stFor (2) you'll have to bit more elaborative, where do you change what?
Also is the change then correctly applied on a re-login?

2. When I adding second language after login, changing language work correctly, but when restarting system switching language affect on the language icon but writing language not changed

You're btw. running gnome on wayland, not X11
writing language not changed
What does that actually mean?
Are you talking about the UI translation or the keyboard input - and what programs are affected?
And test this under gnome on X11 as well, specifically if it's input related.

Thank U, first problem solved, but second problem not solved, but my input language problem persists and affected on total programs
