Dimmed screen before boot

Hello fellas! Not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but it's never a bad idea to ask for help :D Also posting this in Kernel & Hardware section because I'm 99% sure that has to do with my laptop model

So, my problem is, since I installed Fedora for the first time (I installed fedora prior to arch, I am on Arch right now though), the screen of my laptop has been dim before booting up the OS. In the middle of the booting process, however, the screen brightness becomes normal. So, I don't know what logs I could post, since this is something that occurs BEFORE the boot process, but I thought that maybe I could somehow fix it because GRUB is also dimmed. I did a lot of research but most results that I found are about dimmed screens with the actual OS already being booted.

If there are any logs I can post regarding this please let me do and I'll do it :)

My laptop is a HP 250 G7 Notebook PC, if you need more details, please let me know, i really have no idea where to start in this topic

I know this isn't a great description, sorry for that, but I'm not sure what else I could mention, I'm not an expert when it comes to display-related stuff.

Have a great day :D

since this is something that occurs BEFORE the boot process

That's your firmware then. Try updating you firmware, but otherwise it's pretty impossible.

perhaps https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=45271 ?

Why I run Arch? To "BTW I run Arch" the guy one grade younger.
And to let my siblings and cousins laugh at Arsch Linux...

That's one of the first things that I tried a while ago already, but without any success, unfortunately.

thx for the link, I'll have a look at it today and update if it worked :)
