I have verified that my pipewire is running and functioning as Bluetooth works but integrated audo does not.  What information do you need in order to assist me in fixing this.

Consider this issue resolved.  I tested the analog out of my RealTek Card via the Green Jack and it worked without issue.  I then plugged in my optical cable and it failed to produce any sound via S/PDIF so I thought I would try something:

sudo rmmod -f snd_hda_intel ; sudo modprobe snd_hda_intel

This resolved the sound out for my digital audio on my RealTek ALC1150 sound card.

I rebooted and the settings stayed.
