Can I please get some assistance here with my build in audo? I have provided the requested information.

Consider this issue resolved. I tested the analog out of my RealTek Card via the Green Jack and it worked without issue. I then plugged in my optical cable and it failed to produce any sound via S/PDIF so I thought I would try something:
sudo rmmod -f snd_hda_intel ; sudo modprobe snd_hda_intel
This resolved the sound out for my digital audio on my RealTek ALC1150 sound card.
I rebooted and the settings stayed.
