Bluetooth - soundbar freezes on automatic connection

Hi,

this is an issue that can be entirely the Soundbar's fault but i would like to get your opinion or avenue ideas i haven't tried. I have a Creative Stage soundbar and the issue starts there. According to the box, it's Creative Stage but when i check the website (https://us.creative.com/p/speakers/creative-stage) at the Meet the Family section it turns out it's not. It meets everything under the Creative Stage V2 device except according to the box and documents i received with it it has Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR where the V2 should have Bluetooth 5. When i installed the official firmware upgrade i used the one for the V2 version and it worked. I decided to try it over Bluetooth because  when i use it over Jack-Jack it has a weird setting when it goes to sleep when no sound is played and it takes around .2 seconds to wake up when there is sound, which is annoying during videos or games where for a few seconds there is silence. Contrary to the Creative website there is no option to change this, none of the listed methods for any version of this Soundbar works on mine. I guess i have a weird version of it. The Soundbar is connected to a laptop that has no HDMI Arc or Optical output so i can use either Jack or BT.
I would also like to add that my standard Xbox One controller just works, worked immediately and works every single time i use it.

When i connect the Soundbar manually using Bluetootctl it works. When next time i turn the laptop on, log in to KDE, have Bluetooth visibility turned on, then the Soundbar connects for a second then freezes. Meaning it doesn't react to the remote or the buttons on it, i have to unpower it for a few seconds and turn it back on and it freezes again when it tries to automatically reconnect. I included a few comments in the next section to show what i tried:

As i mentioned it's entirely possible that it is the Soundbar's fault. What else is there that i can do, check or try?
