No signal after grub loads kernel and initramfs

So I boot windows, debian and arch. Recently I installed lib32-mesa and 32 bit vulkan and then everytime I boot I get no signal after grub loads the kernel and initramfs. I thought this was a problem just with arch, but when I boot into debian, the same happens. But it works fine when I boot into windows. Someone please help. I tried reinstalling grub, and that didn't work. I also tried booting with nomodeset, it worked. but it boots into a low resolution.

Journalctl: Here

I'm on the latest kernel version

sudo pacman -Sy linux

i5-3570
rx 580

Re: No signal after grub loads kernel and initramfs

If nomodeset gets you to a login this must be a graphical issue.

Are you an NVIDIA user? Please share your journal from a single full boot (preferably brief).

Re: No signal after grub loads kernel and initramfs

Please use

tags. Edit your post in this regard.
The journal lacks at least the head, but the only GPU there is amdgpu.

Fix your https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Networ … e_hostname

You don't use any DM but boot to and log into agetty?
Do you have the same problem w/ the LTS kernel?

Apr 01 06:29:47 localhost kernel: amdgpu 0000:01:00.0: [drm] Cannot find any crtc or sizes

What kind of system is that and what kind of monitor is attached to it?
Please post the complete system journal:

sudo journalctl -b -2 | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st
