[SOLVED] apps cant open "MIME" file manager

i use thunar as file manager.
if i want to change my pfp in discord or upload file to site i can only drag and drop
if i click upload nothing happens

"xdg-mime query default inode/directory" output is
thunar.desktop

These file-open dialogs are (typically) not some filemanager.
I guess your issue is around xdg-desktop-portal and dbus, check your system journal for related errors.
