Checking sbctl hardware compatibility

Hi everyone.
I have installed Archlinux using the dmcrypt encrypt an entire system luks on a partition with secure boot installation guide and wish to setup secure boot.
On the Unified Extensible Firmware Interface/Secure Boot section 3.1.4 we have:

Note: sbctl does not work with all hardware. How well it will work depends on the manufacturer.

I wanted to see if there is anyway to check if it does work with your hardware?
Because I don't want to blow up this computer by mistake.
Thanks in advance
HAVE A DAMN GOOD DAY!
