Monitor is recognized with 50hz although it has 100

hello guys,
i just installed arch linux, which is my first linux ever. first i played around with KDE plasma and i noticed that my second monitor (which has 100Hz) only runs on 1920x1080 with 100Hz but when i set it to the right resolution so 3440x1440 it only runs at 50Hz. i have now installed hyprland but it is still like that. As a test I connected another laptop with windows to the monitor and it has 100Hz. I don't use nvidia either.

if you need any more data please let me know
thanks in advance

Why I run Arch? To "BTW I run Arch" the guy one grade younger.
And to let my siblings and cousins laugh at Arsch Linux...

The xrandr over there actually (though xrandr on wayland has limited meaning) suggests some double syncing is going on.
@foolforchrist, do you have the same issue on an X11 session (plasma or openbox) what is the output of "xrandr -q" and how do you measure the framerate?
