Somewhat of a Weird Battery Issue.

Laptop Manufacturer and Model: Manufacturer: Framework Model: Laptop 16

Specifications (If This Matters): CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS Memory: 2x16GB of Framework branded RAM Sticks GPU: It's an "Expansion Bay." The Expansion Bay is an AMD Radeon RX7700S

Linux Kernel Version: 6.14.1-arch1-1

Arch Linux Version: Maybe 257.5-1-arch? Guessing on that part because I'm not entirely sure about that part. That was the version I was given when I did "systemctl --version."

Desktop Environment: KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4

Issue: For some reason, when I have my charger plugged into my laptop, it's not keeping it charged continuously. It keeps going in and out like every minute or every few minutes. I don't know if this is a feature of KDE, an issue with the laptop's charging system, an issue with the wall adapter and USB-C to USB-C cable I'm using, or something else entirely. The only other thing I can think of is maybe the Expansion Cards that I use that takes care of charging aren't working properly. As the laptop let's you charge from either the left side or the right side, but only only with USB-C and the first port on either side. When I'm using the computer, KDE is very annoying about it... The constant charging and not charging sound every minute or so is getting really annoying. I even looked at the /sys/class/power_supply/BAT1/uevent file to see what that was saying. At first, I thought it was saying it was charging and everything like that, but then when I looked again a few minutes later, it was saying it wasn't charging anymore. Now, while writing this issue out, it's charging and not disconnecting at all, but I feel like it might be doing it again at some point in time and I just want a "fix" for if and when it does it again.
