Graphics/network issues

Soo I have been having a issue where when I updated to the newest nvidia driver it gets stuck on "reached target graphical interface" and when I try to downgrade it goes to a black screen after I hit either proprietary drivers or mit also when i go to print journalctl in tty2 it says cannot resolve host: ix.io and no matter what I do wlan0 won't turn on

uname -a
pacman -Qs kernel | grep linux
cat /proc/cmdline
