Problem connecting to BT headset

Hi,

Trying to connect BT headset (Blueaudio Turbine T4) to pc (KDE/Pipewire). Pairing done, device trusted, it connects and after a few seconds disconnects. Error message in BT settings:

Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

Ideas?
