Laptop freezes whenever my internet is connected

My wifi card is rtl8723be and my laptop keeps on freezing reisub not working the screen frozen I can hear the fan running and the audio stops playing instantly when connected to the HDMI audio it repeats. Is there a fix?

GPU: AMD Radeon R3
Ram: 16GB
SSD: 332GB T Force
