How to enable the Rust support in NetBeans?

This news post says that NetBeans 18 has the initial Rust support. In this GitHub issue people say that it's enabled if NetBeans is built with

ant -Dcluster.config=full build

As far as I see, this option is already in PKGBUILD. However, syntax highlighting doesn't work for Rust codes. What am I missing?
