Hey,
So scrolling (touchpad/mouse) works normally everywhere on my system KDE apps or not. However when I use the full-screen application launcher, scrolling sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I can be scrolling and it'll just randomly stop. I have searched online but I haven't found anyone with a similar problem to mine, (assuming its because no one uses the full-screen app launcher). Please let me know if this is a new issue or if there exists a fix. Please feel free to ask for information.
