Gnome shortcut resets screen settings

This has been driving me crazy. To go to any file in my editor, I use Ctrl-P. Ctrl is very close to Super (Windows key), and I sometimes, accidentally (from lack of caffeine and sleep) press that instead. Screens go black and come back with default, crappy 60 hertz refresh rate. I have to go into display settings, reset them back to 120. I looked through the list of shortcuts on https://wiki.gnome.org/Design/OS/KeyboardShortcuts, of course it wasn't listed.

What is that shortcut do and how can I disable it? Truly a newbie question, it's a miracle I managed to install Arch at all.
