[SOLVED]After instaling, remving pipewire-audio Libcanberra don't work

As described above I had installed pipewire-audio, (and I am pulseaudio user) then there was no audio output, and even the video and audio files were not were able to run at all.
Then I removed pipewire-audio and rebooted my system.

Then the audio was working fine and I was able to play video and audio files. But the kitty bell wasn't working.
So the I checked if canberra was working and now I got this output:

[meehir@mwoop ~]$ canberra-gtk-play -i complete-download
Failed to play sound: Sound disabled

I have alredy tried setting the following as true in ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini

gtk-enable-event-sounds=1
gtk-enable-input-feedback-sounds=1
gtk-sound-theme-name=freedesktop

But it still gives same error:

My pactl info output:

Re: [SOLVED]After instaling, remving pipewire-audio Libcanberra don't work

So it wasn't a libcanberra problem.
Its a regression present in kitty version 0.42.0

And I wasn't aware that libcanberra was a X11 exclusive application
