I am new to arch and am using hyprland with sddm on a laptop. My brightness gradually goes down over time. Whether I set the brightness with brightnessctl or with the brightness keys, I still have the same issue. I am running on intel integrated graphics, I do have a dedicated NVIDIA GPU with proprietary drivers. Eventually after waiting enough the brightness starts lowering about 80% but if I press the brightness down button, it continues going all the way down.
