Internal microphone Raptor Lake-P/U/H cAVS shows as unplugged

Hello,
On my home computer, I sometimes have online meetings, and used to not have any problems using speakers (plugged on jack+usb socket, for sound and power, respectively) + the internal microphone of my laptop, which is "Intel Raptor Lake-P/U/H cAVS". However, one month and a half ago, I had a sudden problem: output still working, but microphone not able to connect. At the time, I fixed it by changing a config file for pulseaudio. Recently, the problem appeared again and I could not get it to work again. Removed pulseaudio for pipewire-pulse, and installed pavucontrol to check, and the microphone shows as "Unplugged". Actually, there are two microphones for this: the Digital one (which detects the input, but is unusable with online meetings) and the Stereo one (marked as Unplugged).

Maybe relevant info:

inxi -A
Audio:
  Device-1: Intel Raptor Lake-P/U/H cAVS driver: sof-audio-pci-intel-tgl
  Device-2: C-Media USB Audio Device
    driver: cmedia_hs100b,snd-usb-audio,usbhid type: USB
  API: ALSA v: k6.14.6-arch1-1 status: kernel-api
  Server-1: PipeWire v: 1.4.2 status: active

I saw that a similar topic was posted months ago, but I don't see how it helps me (it says that the issue should be fixed by alsa-ucm-conf 1.2.13, and I have 1.2.14-2 installed): https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=301330

Not sure what other info could be relevant!
