Hello,
On my home computer, I sometimes have online meetings, and used to not have any problems using speakers (plugged on jack+usb socket, for sound and power, respectively) + the internal microphone of my laptop, which is "Intel Raptor Lake-P/U/H cAVS". However, one month and a half ago, I had a sudden problem: output still working, but microphone not able to connect. At the time, I fixed it by changing a config file for pulseaudio. Recently, the problem appeared again and I could not get it to work again. Removed pulseaudio for pipewire-pulse, and installed pavucontrol to check, and the microphone shows as "Unplugged". Actually, there are two microphones for this: the Digital one (which detects the input, but is unusable with online meetings) and the Stereo one (marked as Unplugged).
