Intel Audio either muted or 100%

i dont know what to write here.
i have the "13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700H (20) @ 5.00 GHz" cpu
what should i write here idk what diagnostics to use

aplay -l
amixer -c0 #or whatever index your speakers are on in aplay -l
pactl list cards
pactl list sinks
systemctl --user status pipewire{,-pulse} wireplumber pulseaudio
