[EGPU] not recognized when booting.

Link to my previous solved thread about video acceleration: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 8#p2243268

I have an RTX4080 in the following egpu enclosure: TH3P4G3 PD 60W 85W

When I boot my framework 16 laptop with it plugged in it is not detected.
I always have to replug it late into the boot process.
I attempted to add relevant modules to mkinitcpio but nothing has worked so far.
I am using nvidia-open.

This is the lspci output after booting with it already being plugged in but not being detected:

> sudo lspci -k > egpu_plugged_in_since_boot.lscpi_k 2>&1
