Forking https://gitlab.archlinux.org/ to create a MR

I am not very familiar with gitlab. I would like to create a MR in a bug report. I have gitlab.archlinux account, but I am not seeing a button to create a fork. Is this disabled?

Navigate to the project for the pkgbase of the package you want to submit the merge request for,  such as https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/ … ckages/gcc.  Assuming you are logged in top right next to star should be a fork button.
