Well - I'm trying to make a solution for my problem.
I got an Arch Linux installed on IBM X60S with INTEL Chipset etc.
After upgrading to mkinitcpio my wireless will not start ? I have tryed asking under network/servers - but noi answers there .
I have used untill the upgrade was made - and its still working in Windows (Allso under Ubuntu Live CD ) - but not under Arch. WHY ???
I get this message in dmesg:

I have now tryed allso to reinstall the driver from package db. I have download IPW3945 from Soundforge and comæpiled it myself . I have looked in each directory - under AUR - Repos etc et c - No matter what, I cannot seems to get to the next step from here
When I installed the driver (latest from SF) well the wireless actually stating - but that was just a dream untill thge next rebbot.
At the same time - I have problems accessing all pages on the internet at work - From home thereś no problem - But another friend at work (Uses SUSE) have exactly the same problem - But then again - The one uses Debian - does not have thereś problem - Any Ideas!
Thanks

Why do you crosspost?
Have you tried to turn it off and on again?
