Before reinstalling archlinux, systemd-boot can dual boot archlinux & Windows 11.
When installing archlinux, /dev/nvme1n1p1 and /dev/nvme1n1p2 are reformated.
After reinstalling archlinux, disk partitions are as below, it seems that efi for booting Windows has been lost.
Device Start End Sectors Size Type
/dev/nvme0n1p1 2048 34815 32768 16M Microsoft reserved
/dev/nvme0n1p2 34816 1999087615 1999052800 953.2G Microsoft basic data
/dev/nvme0n1p3 1999087616 2000406527 1318912 644M Windows recovery environment
Device Start End Sectors Size Type
/dev/nvme1n1p1 2048 2099199 2097152 1G EFI System
/dev/nvme1n1p2 2099200 106956799 104857600 50G Linux root (x86-64)
/dev/nvme1n1p3 106956800 3907027119 3800070320 1.8T Linux filesystem
Any way to make dual boot work again without reinstalling Windows?

windows-specific question about how to restore it: not support here (but there are multiple)
general: you seem to have used archinstall instead of doing it manual - which has shredded your existing setup
hint: archinstall is no noobtool as a replacement for the manual way but a tool for experienced users
