[SOLVED] AMD GPU crashes when resuming from display poweroff

I'm using KDE Plasma (Wayland) with an AMD 7900 XTX GPU. I set up a new primary monitor today, this issue didn't happen before then. Screenshot of display setup, the new one is in the middle.

When using KDE's (powerdevil's) power saving feature that turns the displays off when idle, waking the system up causes an immediate crash of the graphics driver (?). The primary monitor powers up but shows a black screen, and the one on the right shows a frozen frame. The system is mostly unresponsive (including the power button), but I was able to safely restart using Alt+SysRq+REISUB.

Nothing of this sort happens during normal system startup or usage. I have disabled the idle poweroff for now, but do please help me if you have any ideas!

The monitor has a feature called "Deep Sleep Mode". There is no real information on what it does, but disabling it has stopped this crash from happening.
