[Solved] dkms claims amdgpu-3.7/20 is broken

The only dkms package I have installed is vhba-module-dkms .

go through /usr/lib/modules/kernel_release and /var/lib/dkms/package_name and delete all files and directories no longer in use.

Apparently I used dkms for something from amd in 2020 and remnants of it in /var/lib/dkms caused this.

pacman log indicate it was with testing rocm in 2020.
I do think rocm needed some proprietary kernel modules at that time.
