DSC only working for 1 Monitor

This my first time using Arch, formerly using W11, I'm running a triple monitor setup, 2160p@240hz, 1440p@480hz, 2160p@144hz, this all ran fine on W11
I have a 4090 and I'm running Nvidia proprietary drivers.
In my hyprland config I have the following:

monitor= DP-3, 3840x2160@240, 0x0, 1
monitor= DP-4, 2560x1440@480, 3840x0, 1
monitor= DP-1, 3840x2160@144, 6400x0, 1

DSC is enabled on the first 2 listed monitors (they are both connected to the dedicated GPU, 3rd is connected to the 7950X3D's iGPU).
The 480hz monitor is connected to the last DP port as it was necessary to keep 480hz and not to have it revert to 360hz on Windows on every single boot.

Despite all of this, I can only have DSC in one monitor, so either 4k120+2k480 or 4k240+2k360.
