Issue with perlpanel

Hi,
unfortunately I've found another issue with arch packages
i have the following problem with perpanel:

[k3@archlinux ~]$ perlpanel
Gtk-WARNING **: Could not find the icon 'perlpanel'. The 'hicolor' theme
was not found either, perhaps you need to install it.
You can get a copy from:
        http://icon-theme.freedesktop.org/releases at /usr/lib/perlpanel/PerlPanel.pm line 1211.
Failed to open file '': No such file or directory at /usr/lib/perlpanel/PerlPanel.pm line 288.

Some packages fail to run just after installing them. Maintainers should pay more
attention to dependencies.

I don't understand either why did someone include xmms in the dependencies of
perlpanel. Is xmms required for perlpanel to run ?
