Hello,
Let me preface this with the fact that I use i3 and i3status, which means what I see is the true battery percentage. It has always been limited to a little below 90%, which I assumed to be due to normal wear of the battery. Recently when I tried charging it with a different charger from around 35%, it started saying full at that percentage even though I've returned to my previous charger.
acpi --battery says "Not charging, 98%",
though POWER_SUPPLY_ENERGY_FULL_DESIGN=90060000
and
POWER_SUPPLY_ENERGY_NOW=31660000
and
POWER_SUPPLY_ENERGY_FULL=32060000
Did trying to use a different charger somehow damage my battery to where it can't be charged beyond 35% of it's true capacity? Or is there some way I can reset it in Arch Linux to allow it to charge to a higher percentage again?
Tldr: My laptop has recently started saying it is at 100% when it is actually at 35%, I don't know if the battery is physically damaged somehow.
I already tried power cycling my computer, not sure what else I should try.
Thank you for any help!

The only other change is that I recently re-enabled the dgpu to play a game (I had previously had it completely disabled to improve battery life). Right now, it is just disabled using udev rules.
