No-Wifi Adapter Found at first boot after installation.

Hi all,

i installed archlinux yesterday and wanted to dive in head first today. As expected i encountered a few problems but nothing i couldn't work my way through.
Until now.
I cannot use the internet since my device (2018 Surface laptop) does not have a lan port so only wlan is possible. But in the settings it says "No Wifi Adapter Found".

Now i got to some googling and searching through the wiki to come to the conclusion that my system is not recognizing my wireless adapter. Sadly i cannot find out via google which piece of hardware i actually have in there. (thank you microsoft for that...)

So i turned to the consol in hopes of some information but basically everything is gone compared to the installation process where i had my wlan0, could connect to my network and had everything setup.

In the installation process i used iwd  to build a connection and it was a breeze. No i cannot find it on my system anymore and since i dont have an active internet connection i cannot download it again. Can i boot the iso flash again and set it up there so it carries to my system or is that not how it works?

Here are some outputs i get from the console. I notice that there is no wireless device listed for lspci besides my ethernet controller.

I hope some of you can spare the time to help me. If you need any other outpout from my consol please let me know. Sorry for the wall of text.
