wired headphone dont work on laptop (pulseaudio)

Fresh install. Only the speakers work. I remember previously creating the file and adding the following fixed it:
/etc/modprobe.d/hda-model.conf

options snd-hda-intel model=dell-headset-multi

It didn't work, so I looked for other solutions and:
alsactl restore. It worked.

When I unplug and plug the headphones, they work, but the speakers no longer appear in pavucontrol or pactl list sinks. They only appear when making alsamixer and unmuting them

Only one of the devices is shown in ports: either the headphones or the speakers, but not both at the same time.
I used (pactl set-default-sink 3 && pactl set-sink-port 3 '[Out] Speaker' ) to switch between both

how can I fix it?
