Screen goes black when I use a controller for a couple of minutes.

Hey.

Currently using openbox but this has been an issue on dwm and qtile aswell. No matter if the game is in lutris or steam. The screen goes dark in like 15-20~ minutes of only using the controller for input. I'm not quite sure if it depends on the specific game.

Edit: Just to clarify I'm on Xorg and AMD.

This is generally "normal" controller input doesn't affect the idle timer by default, you either have an application that suspends this on their own or for a "more global" effect tools like: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/joystickwake

Depending on your DE I have found Caffeine to be very good at detecting things to keep awake.

Using openbox as my WM at the moment, no DE present. Will give caffeine-ng a try!
