Network Manager Applet not working Cinnamon

It is my second time doing this exact same config on two different computers.
Each time I used archinstall and copied the network settings.
The network manager applet always shows "no connection" even though iwd tells me that I am connected, and when I click on it, the only thing that appears is an empty window.
What's the problem, and how can I fix it?

Please post the output of

find /etc/systemd -type l -exec test -f {} \; -print | awk -F'/' '{ printf ("%-40s | %s\n", $(NF-0), $(NF-1)) }' | sort -f

Edit: plus https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Iwd#En … figuration will likely become a problem…
