libvirtd/virsh cannot save state of a VM with a vGPU

Hello everyone I am encountering a persistent issue when attempting to use virsh save on a VM configured with an NVIDIA vGPU

The command hangs indefinitely on the first attempt. The only log message that appears is:
kernel: nvidia 0000:17:00.4: Enabling HDA controller
If I do not cancel the operation, the resulting save file keeps growing exceeding 100 GB
The only way to recover from this state is to cancel the hanging virsh save operation and rerun it. On the second attempt, the save completes successfully. Any idea what can cause this problem and How it can be solved

Thanks everyone
