iMac 2019 Fans not working with mbpfan

I am trying to set up a 2019 iMac on Arch. So far, I've gotten the wifi and speakers to work, but the fans are what are killing me. I have tried mbpfan with no success. It says the daemon is running, but the fan speed remains 0 when I run sensors.
Is anyone able to assist me with this? I feel like I am going insane. Computer info below:

I have tried mbpfan with no success.

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/macfand-git
Though https://github.com/ablakely/macfand/blo … ibility.md only lists some 2018 models…

ls /sys/devices/platform/*/fan*
