Download extremely slow from any mirror

Hi, I'm trying to update my arch machine but no matter what mirror I select it takes forever to download anything. I'm still at 5% kernel after several minutes of download. Is there any issue I'm not aware of?

Also do you get normal performance on random speed tests?
In doubt get ABBS - there's a basic speedtest against international linode servers inside

Which mirror are you currently using?

I've tried many but I got the same extremely slow speed. The one I usually use is this one: http://it.mirrors.cicku.me/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch

Also do you get normal performance on random speed tests?

thanks, my connection speed is the same as usual.
