Headphone's microphone don't work.
Sound works fine, but when I am trying to speak other people on call don't hear me(apps: zoom,telegram,discord).
Headphones model -- rb-hx220b
Bluetooth packages that was installed -- bluez , bluez-utils, alsa-utils, blueman, pipewire.

Have you tried to use a recording application (not and online tool) for example?

What profile do you have selected for the device?
$ pacmd list-cards
$ pacmd list-sourcesYou can also check settings in pavucontrol GUI.
Isn't your microphone muted?
Did you select correct audio device in apps?

To check if this is working with an offline/local application.
I don't know the version you are using for Zoom for example (Web Application vs Desktop Application), to simplify the use case I would at least try with a simple voice rec app, just to check if the microphone is working or not.
