python tkinter package doesn't work

i installed python using yay but some problems occurred and when i run something depending on tkinter it shows : import _tkinter # If this fails your Python may not be configured for Tk
if there is a method to reinstall python i'll go with it, and if there is a method to reinstall just tkinter i'll gladly take it too.

What does that mean? Python is in the repos, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Python#Widget_bindings

pacman -Qs python

and then please elaborate on "something depending on tkinter" - what *specifically*?
