I everyone, I rebooted my system after a crash and noticed that my second monitor was not activated, after checking the logs, the only relevant output was the following warning from `kwin_wayland_drm`:
Sep 17 01:13:00 menthol kwin_wayland[736]: kwin_wayland_drm: Failed to create framebuffer: Invalid argument
The warning seems to be outputted every time my usable screen refreshes.
I tried to look for anything relevant in the journal log but Kwin is spamming it which makes browsing very hard

If you have any network problem at all, TURN OFF IPV6

Okay well, it seems I did something wrong when removing and re-installing the linux-firmware package, because re-re-installing it and rebooting fixed the issue...
This was a very unsatisfying conclusion, but im glad it was an easy fix
