Lenovo p51s laptop, Can't left click after few minutes of rebooting

I can not click with mouse or touch pad after some minutes of rebooting. before it happens my cursor automatically goes to select text mode, sometimes middle and right click works, if i run the following command then it starts working but some those few minutes and same thing happens again.

sudo modprobe -r psmouse && sudo modprobe psmouse synaptics_intertouch=1

I am running Omarchy right now since 2 months and it started happening for 3 days after updating my total setup.
