I guess this is a proper place to ask this question, as noted here https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Budgie , everything is installed (except budgie-extras package), the issue is quite strange, and it is a long present issue, I remember having this issue way back (4-5 years) when I tried Budgie DE last time.
It's probably related to network-manager (installed), since it seems that "system tray" applet is controlling the network manager applet, so, sometimes it appears, most of the time, it does not, anyone have similar issue?
