Hello everyone! I just installed Arch with Hyprland on my MSI laptop with a 3050 in dual boot with Windows, but there's a small problem: the battery drains like crazy. Around 50 minutes idling on Arch compared to 3–4 hours on Windows. Any ideas? I looked into installing optimus-manager, but as far as I understand it’s not compatible with Wayland. Do I need to install drivers or something like that to use the integrated GPU for simple tasks? If you have other ideas about what could be causing this battery drain, other than the GPU, feel free to share. Thanks in advance!

And check https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Powertop to have a look at what actually draws power.
Also nvidia-smi to report on that side, but you've an Ampere chip(?) which defaults to https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PRIME# … Management
