3D acceleration for multiple sessions

Hi,

Using the open source "radeon" driver, I could successfully enable 3D acceleration and Beryl under ArchLinux for my ATI radeon 9200, but it works only for the first opened gnome session. Is there a way to bring it to work for multiple gnome sessions running simultaneously ?

Thank you for your help,
P. Schott

Re: 3D acceleration for multiple sessions

The same for me with a radeon 9200SE. It steams from a driver bug. And no workaround seems to exist right now. See links below :

Re: 3D acceleration for multiple sessions

Not sure that it is hardware related : I booted into XP a couple of days ago and I could check (launching google-earth) that 3D acceleration worked even when multiple sessions are opened.
