I don't think fglrx supports your card anymore, since late in the 8.2x versions. What you want are the packages libgl-dri and xf86-video-ati - then configure Xorg to use the 'radeon' driver.

Before I install ati-fglrx, I use this drivers open-source for ati, but they are supported for 3D?
PS. On Ubuntu, I can play in 3d games, why on Arch i can't?

Open source should support you, but check your card for any specifics. Also you can install one of the older fglrx packages if you like that does support it. Since you have used ubuntu I suggest searching their forums as there are many many answers on what fglrx driver supports each card and how to set it up properly. I prefer the open source driver myself.
And I have 3d beryl etc.
