My spotify shares the volume level with another application. Every time I change the Spotify volume level (whether I do it in pavucontrol or in Spotify itself), it also changes Anki's volume.
For example, if I'm listening to music on Spotify at 50% volume, my Anki card will also be at 50%. If I increase my music to 100%, my Anki card will sound as expected. If I turn Spotify's volume down to some low value and close it, the sound from Anki remains and is barely audible.
I use these packages if that helps:

I don't know what to do about this. Arch is my first Linux OS, and I don't know how to fix this. I've tried googling several times, but I haven't found a solution. Sorry if the problem is simple, and if my English is bad.
