it works, but after suspend and wake (tried available s2idle, deep) the card does not output any sound. It shows in lsusb, aplay -l the same as it were before sleep, restarting pipewire pipewire-pulse wireplumber has no effect. Even restarting the PC does not have any effect, the sound is back ONLY when I physically reconnect the usb(which is a power as well) of the card.
The card is always on, even on sleep/poweroff, and I've found similar issue here https://forum.rme-audio.de/viewtopic.php?id=39810 where someone tells is was ok on Debian linux with kernel 5.10 but not on 5.15. I've found that there were some major sound driver changes under 5.15/5.16, and this is a plaqce where I have no more ideas what to do.
dmesg with reconnect(works) - suspend(does not work) - reconnect(works)

journalctl -b -0 from the same period

ps for suspend I do systemctl suspend

ok, I have no idea what am I doing, But i've cloned and run https://github.com/stistrup/rme-control-gui moved sliders, and now something changed - it works, after suspend and wake there is no sound, but now when i move the volume knob of the sound card(the minimal change returns the previous state) the sound is back.
Still strange and annoying, but at least there is something to work on, and it's, probably, not a kernel issue. in some cases when knob don't help, i need to do amixer -c 2 set PCM-AN1-AN1 65536 first.
Anyway, i'll mark this as solved, but feel free to point me where to look next if you have an idea
