Slow loading on browser and other internet services

I don't really know what's causing it, but my browser is slow as h, but when i performed a speed test to see if my connection is bad (i know is not my hardware cause most offline things load fast) the tests got between 300 - 500 mbps, but things like dowloading games and updating or even searching something on internet are very slow, i don't know where to start to resolve the problem

In what language does "fuck" start w/ an "h"?

What browser?
Get ABBS and run the speedtest to download a file from the closest linode host - also slow?
If not: try a different browser.

Do you use a VPN or DoH?
Does your browser also exhibit this w/o 3rd party extensions loaded (adblocker, virus checker, …)?

You can test with Firefox and Chrome/Chromium, to find out that the problem is not browser related.
Also if Arch updates are slow, change the Pacman's mirror site you're using..happened to me that occasionally current mirror site does have some problems downloading.
Can also quickly test with other DNS server.
