Do we need HSA_OVERRIDE_GFX_VERSION to enable ROCm for whisper?
I searched the tutorial on the internet, it said that I needed HSA_OVERRIDE_GFX_VERSION to make ROCm work.
Do we still need it on Arch Linux?

If your GPU is not supported, you can use that environment variable. But it doesn't guarantee it will work. If your GPU is supported by default (for example a 9070xt GPU) you don't need to set anything.
