Monitor Stuck On 60hz And I Can't Change It

When I try changing it from the settings it doesn't ask me if you want to confirm or whatever and the refresh rate is stuck on 60hz

On what display server (x11 or wayland in in the latter case which compositor)?
Also which monitor?
There're three: eDP-1@144Hz,  DP-1@75Hz and HDMI-A-2@60Hz and there's no indication either would support higher refresh rates.

xrandr --verbose

Lastly: what GPU/VGA device?
In doubt please post your Xorg log, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General - but it (as xrandr) has limited meaning under wayland.
