[SOLVED]GTK themes not working.

My GTK themes keep resetting, on every GTK app it just turns white. It usually happens around the time I do "sudo pacman -S xdg-desktop-portal xdg-desktop-portal-wlr xdg-desktop-portal-gtk", though this might not be why it happens. I have tried removing all of those packages but it still didn't work. I can't figure out how to fix it without reinstalling, and in firefox for example in about:config "browser.theme.content-theme" changes to 2 on restart of the app no matter what, and changing it to 0 fixes it but it just goes back when I close and open it.

Edit - I don't know what I did but when I restarted one time it came back.

Is this a matter of https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Dark_mode_switching ?
Have you tried to export the environment variable?
